INGREDIENTS

115g soft butter

220g flour

1 egg

150g brown sugar

20g sugar

1 tsp La Patelière baking powder

1 tsp La Patelière Natural Bourbon Vanilla Flavouring

1 sachet La Patelière 3 Chocolate Chunks

1 bag of La Patelière whole hazelnuts

1 bag La Patelière dark chocolate couverture

Top tip

Place your cookie ball in a pastry ring to make an even, tall cookie.

Recipe

Let's get baking!

In a bowl, mix the soft butter and sugar with your hands. Add the flour, baking powder and egg to make a dough. Finally, add the chunks and the chopped hazelnuts.

Take a large ball of cookie dough, flatten it out and place several pucks of dark chocolate couverture in the centre, then close the ball.

Bake the cookies with the circles in a hot oven at 180° for 20 to 25 minutes and leave to cool completely before removing the circles.
