1. Cornflake cookie Christmas tree recipe:
Melt the chocolate chips in a bain-marie. Add the cornflakes and mix well until all the flakes are covered in chocolate.
On a sheet of baking paper, make a series of discs, each one smaller than the other (make at least 6).
Leave to cool and harden.
Melt 20 g of the chocolate chips and use to stick the discs together (one on top of another), using the chocolate as glue.
Add the silver beads using the chocolate.
