INGREDIENTS

1 sachet La Patelière chia seeds

1 punnet of raspberries and strawberries

1 La Patelière raspberry coulis

1 La Patelière mango or exotic fruit coulis

1 sachet La Patelière shredded coconut

3-4 tbsp sugar

1L coconut milk

Top tip

Putting your verrines in the fridge for several hours will help your Chia seeds swell!

Recipe

Let's get baking!

Pour the coconut milk and sugar into a bowl. Then add the chia seeds and mix well for a few minutes.

Place in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Make the verrines by alternating the coulis, fruit and chia pudding.

Pour le décor, ajoutez un filet de coulis et par-dessus des fruits frais puis saupoudrez de coco râpée.
