Protection of personal data
The Internet user may be asked to enter certain personal data by completing the forms provided on the site. The entry of this data is necessary for LA PATELIERE to be able to process the Internet user’s request (name and email address required, postal address and telephone number optional).
LA PATELIERE undertakes to comply with the provisions of French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, as amended, and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the European Council of 27 April 2016, known as the “GDPR”, and to take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of the personal data provided.
The purpose of processing this personal data is to allow LA PATELIERE to respond to requests from Internet users and to send them the newsletter. The collection of data also makes it possible to ensure the proper functioning and continued optimisation of the site, its functionalities; the management of requests for user rights on data, the elaboration of statistics intended to improve the functioning of the site.
The personal data collected on the site is processed by the employees of LA PATELIERE, as well as by the agency Be True as part of the site’s maintenance, the hosting company OVH and Google Analytics for the purpose of data analysis. Personal data is stored on hosting servers located in the European Union.
This data is kept for a period of three (3) years from the last incoming contact from the Site user if they are not considered a customer. Cookies are kept for a maximum period of thirteen months
LA PATELIERE undertakes to keep this personal data, unless otherwise required by law or regulation, for a maximum period of three (3) years from the last contact with the Internet user, whether it is at the initiative of LA PATELIERE or the Internet user. At the end of this period or in the event of the user exercising his rights, LA PATELIERE undertakes to destroy any copy of the user’s personal data in its possession.
LA PATELIERE takes all appropriate and necessary precautions, including physical, logical and organisational security measures, to preserve the security and confidentiality of personal data against any accidental loss, deformation, alteration, unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure. LA PATELIERE demands the same level of security from its service providers and subcontractors and in general from any third party data recipient.
Internet users can exercise their rights of access, rectification, information or questioning, renewal, deletion, opposition, processing limitation, and portability of their personal data, the right not to be the subject of an automated individual decision and the right to revoke their consent, concerning the personal data they provide. Regarding the newsletter:

The newsletter must also include an easy way for the Internet user to opt out at any time. (i.e. an unsubscribe link)
