1 pack of ice cream cones

1 pack of La Patelière shredded coconut

1 pack of chocolate vermicelli

1 pack of granulated sugar

1 pack of La Patelière dark chocolate couverture

Feel free to create variations by adding different chocolates or vermicelli!

Let's get baking!

Using a serrated knife, carefully cut the cones at different heights.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 30s, stirring each time to prevent the chocolate from burning.

Brush the cones with melted chocolate and sprinkle with grated coconut, vermicelli or granulated sugar.
